Thank You from Lundy Elementary School

The Second Annual Lundy Elementary Block Party and Fundraiser was a HUGE $UCCE$$. Approximately $2,000 was raised and all proceeds will go toward school equipment and students' supplies.

Ms. Harpster and her staff would like to thank the community for their support, with special thanks to the management and employees of The Mount Charleston Lodge, The Resort at Mount Charleston, The Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Assn., and everyone who donated raffle prizes. Thank you DJ Cesar for your music and entertainment, Amelia Smith, Janet Masanz, and Kelsey Laurie for selling dinner and raffle tickets, and JaeAna Bernhardt for spearheading this event.

Is it not great when everyone contributes to an event like that?

This is what makes us a community and not just another town.

The community software is coming for the web and it is really great. No more robots registering bogus accounts. Do you see the number of "guests" looking at our site? I am not saying how these creepy robots are registering now but I am working many hours and very hard at getting the registration implemented and professional before we implement a bunch of neat stuff. We will be proud.
